Barak was great to work with, 5-stars across the board! He understood what I was looking for as a buyer, found properties that met my aesthetic, financial and location objectives. He had good knowledge, not only of available real estate, but of property conditions that I should be paying attention to when buying in this area, which I am new to. He was excellent during the contract process from the offer, the inspection and the closing. Thumbs up from me!

Barack knocked on doors until he found a willing seller. He went multiple extra miles to help us. Barack is knowledgeable about zoning requirements and other legalities. He is also a model of ethics in not only wanting to make the deal, but also to have it conducted in a way that was fair and respectful for all parties, even during difficult negotiations. Barack moved quickly and doesn’t waste time. He was creative and out of the box in efforts to locate a particular kind of property that we were looking for, even when it was not easy to find or clearly on the market. Barak Bar Chaim provided us with excellent advice and representation during the purchase of our new home. Moving from out of state to a very tight market (in a pandemic!) presented numerous challenges but Barak resolved them all.
